Hi, I’m Genesis, a Mental Health Therapist supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful.
Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, high-conflict relationships, or experiences that still affect how they think, feel, and respond. You may find yourself overthinking, second-guessing yourself, struggling with boundaries, or feeling emotionally reactive, disconnected, or shut down.
Therapy can help you better understand these patterns, reconnect with your voice, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and aligned with your values.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, strength-based, and client-centred. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
