About Me
Hi, my name is Genesis, and I’m a Mental Health Therapist who works with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or constantly on edge in their relationships or environment. Many are navigating high-conflict relationships, ongoing stress, or past experiences that still affect how they think, feel, and respond. You might find yourself overthinking everything, second-guessing your reactions, or feeling emotionally drained, reactive, or shut down. Over time, this can impact your confidence, your sense of self, and how you show up in your relationships. Even when things look fine on the outside, it doesn’t feel that way internally.
I use practical, evidence-based approaches like ACT, CBT, DBT, and Emotion-Focused Therapy to help you regulate emotions, feel more grounded, and build confidence in how you handle yourself and your relationships.
