This parenting group is designed to support caregivers who are navigating parenting after a high-conflict, stressful, or emotionally difficult relationship. The program offers a supportive space to better understand how conflict, trauma, and family stress can impact both parents and children.
Together, we explore ways to support children’s emotional needs, strengthen connection, set healthy boundaries, and respond to challenging behaviours with more confidence and compassion. The group also focuses on helping parents recognize their own stress responses, build emotional regulation tools, and parent in a way that aligns with their values.
This group is for parents who want to create more stability, safety, and connection for themselves and their children while navigating the ongoing challenges of co-parenting, boundaries, and healing after difficult relationship experiences.

Trauma-informed training and workshops for organizations, teams, and frontline professionals who support individuals impacted by abuse, crisis, trauma, or high-stress situations.
Workshops are designed to be practical, engaging, and tailored to your organization’s needs. Topics include understanding trauma responses, supporting emotional regulation, setting boundaries, responding with compassion, and strengthening staff confidence when working with complex client needs.

Our trainings are practical, engaging, and grounded in trauma-informed care. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all presentations, each workshop is adapted to the needs of the organization, the realities staff face, and the communities they serve.
Sessions combine accessible research, real-world examples, reflective discussion, and practical strategies that participants can apply in their roles. The goal is to help teams better understand trauma, family violence, mental health, emotional regulation, cultural considerations, and the impact these experiences can have on individuals and families.
We aim to create a respectful and collaborative learning environment where staff can ask questions, strengthen their confidence, and leave with tools that support safer, more compassionate, and more responsive practice.
