Yes, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help us connect and explore what you’re looking for in therapy. During this call, you’re welcome to share a little about what has been bringing you here, what you hope to get out of counselling, and any questions you may have about the process.
There is no pressure to have everything figured out. This call is simply an opportunity to see if working together feels like a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you.

The first session is about getting to know you, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope to receive from the process. We may talk about your current concerns, relevant life experiences, strengths, coping strategies, and goals for counselling.

At this time, counselling is only offered virtually. Virtual sessions can be a helpful option if you are balancing work, caregiving, school, or a busy schedule. Virtual counselling can be offered via phone or through a secure video call.

Regular individual counselling sessions are typically 50 minutes. 90 min appointments are available upon booking.

Individual counselling sessions are $180/50-minute session.
I’m happy to offer limited spots for sliding scale. Please inquire when booking session.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. You will receive a receipt after payment, which you may be able to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement depending on your coverage.

Fees vary depending on the service, duration, and the organization's needs. I do my best to tailor workshops and training to each agency’s goals, staff needs, and available resources. A custom quote can be provided after we connect and discuss what you’re looking for

It depends on your coverage. Before booking, I recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask whether counselling with a Canadian Certified Counsellor is included in your benefits. Upon payment, I can provide receipts for you to submit for reimbursement to your provider.

At this time, direct billing isn’t available. Clients are responsible for payment at the time of the session. A receipt will be provided so you can submit it to your insurance provider if your plan offers coverage.

I ask for at least 24hr notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee. I understand that life happens, and I aim to approach this with compassion while also holding respectful boundaries around appointment times.
